Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain remote areas in Asia and other locations. All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium outdoor toys and sports equipment. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange products within 15 days of receipt, provided that:

• The items are unused and in original condition
• They include all original packaging and labels
• You have a valid proof of purchase

Return Process in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

• Product name and order number
• Reason for return (wrong product, damaged, not as expected, etc.)
• Your preferred solution (refund or exchange for specific product)
• Your contact details (name, address, phone number)

Step 2: Return Approval

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and email you with:

• Return instructions
• A return label (if applicable)
• Specific packaging instructions for larger items like basketball poles or trailers

Step 3: Return the Product

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new product once we receive your return.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds: Processed within 5 business days via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal). It may take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
• Exchanges: We’ll ship the new product within 2 business days of receiving your return.

What if my product arrived damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

How long until I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, it takes up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may then take 5-10 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Can I exchange a product for a different model?

Yes! Clearly indicate in your return request which product you’d like instead. We’ll send you an invoice for any price differences.
